Thinking deeply over the cries of many Pastors who have never got the chance to train in any Bible or Theological College. Nserester students who complete " O " Level and Wish to be missionary or church planters. 

The Board agreed to start training Missionaries following: Bethany International University, Church Army syllabus, Intergrating it with agricultureal skills. The Centre is at Kakuuto where crop and Animal husbandry are practiced.

This has not only blessed pastors but also the community members solved 42% of Nseresters students food problems.
